14-06-23 – Emergency Network Maintenance

We have located a faulty piece of equipment in our core network, which is causing sporadic disconnections to services.

We have an engineer going to site to replace the affected hardware, which will mean there will be a further disruption to service whilst these works are carried out.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused and we will update when the service is restored.

20:30 The equipment has now been replaced and the issue resolved.
