We have identified a packet loss / intermittent disconnection problem on our transmitter covering the Whitchurch Rectory area. We have stabilised the issue for now and are arranging a site visit and transmitter change for early next week. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
13:20 – We have replaced one end of the equipment that could have been causing issues and will monitor for the rest of the day.
06:00 – We will replace the far end link to resolve the issue of dissconnections today at approx 11:00.
12:20 – All works complete and all services online.
